Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in your account being restricted until the process is resolved.

Betting and Gaming Rules
By placing a bet or entering a game on 9awi, you accept the specific rules of that game or event as displayed in the platform. For sports betting, this includes the rules governing how markets are settled, how cancellations and postponements are handled, and the minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each market.
If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned and does not resume within the applicable settlement window, affected single bets will be voided and stakes returned. For parlay bets, voided legs are removed and the remaining legs settle at the adjusted odds. These settlement rules apply across all sports available on 9awi — PBA, NBA, football, boxing, esports, volleyball, and others.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
- 9awi reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical or human error.
- Winnings from bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to specific wagering conditions.
- Maximum payout limits per event are set per market and are displayed before confirmation.
