Your Account Is Protected from Day One
Security isn't something you have to think about with 9awi — it's already built in. Here's what protects your account the moment you register:
- SSL encryption: Every connection to 9awi — on the website and in the app — is encrypted so your data is never transmitted in plain text.
- OTP verification: We send a one-time password to your mobile number during registration and for sensitive account actions like withdrawals.
- KYC identity check: Before your first withdrawal is processed, we may ask you to verify your identity. This protects both your account and the integrity of the platform.
- One account per person: Multiple accounts are not allowed. If you've had a previous account, contact support before registering again.
- Private credentials: Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including support staff. 9awi will never ask for your password via email or chat.
